In October 2025 we held a 2.5 day workshop for early career North American scientists interested in
marine EM. We had an enthusiastic turnout with nearly 30 people in attendance. The backbone of the event was a short course
given by Steven Constable, interspersed with participant talks on key topics. There was much discussion of inverse methods, and
an "Occam Tutorial" given by Matti Morzfeld was a highlight of the workshop. On the last day we had a lab tour during during which we
gave away lab T-shirts and John Souders took a nice group photo. Many thanks to Eliana who did much of the pre-workshop organization, and NSF
